Soft and easy to apply
I don’t usually use pencil usually opting for liquid eyeliner but this pencil glides on leaving an easy black line to enhance your eyes.

Smooth
This has a very soft formula that goes on very smooth with no tugging. The colour is very dark, you don’t need to build it up. It doesn’t stay put in my waterline but behaves nicely on my lids. Works very well for a smudged smokey look.
